How to use this index
If the app will not install, start with the platform page. If a file vanished, start with recovery. If a PDF misbehaves, start with convert or “will not open.” Ads and Premium questions are settings, not viruses - unless you used a fake download site, in which case run Windows Security first.
WPS Office help: start with the symptom
Install errors → platform guide. Vanished document → recovery. PDF convert paywall → PDF to Word. File will not open → PDF errors. Pop-ups → ads. “Is this even safe?” → download.
If two symptoms arrive together - a crash and a missing file - recover first, then reinstall. Do not run a random “repair tool” from a search ad.
